All Centrd™ orders are shipped with full tracking and careful batch handling.

Because we’re experiencing high demand during our ongoing sale, we now ship in scheduled batches — this helps us reduce packaging waste and minimize our environmental footprint.

This means your order may take a few extra days to leave our warehouse, but rest assured: once shipped, it arrives within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.

It’s a small delay with a big impact — for both your comfort and the planet.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number to monitor your parcel’s journey. You can easily track it on our Tracking Page.

Please check your junk or spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Also, note that it may take a few business days for the tracking system to update and reflect your shipment’s progress.
